JUSTICE AMIT RAWAL -.- AMIT RAWAL J.(ORAL) The grievance of the petitioner is against the order dated 01.02.2012 (Annexure P-2) rendered by the Joint Commissioner-III, Municipal Corporation, Gurgaon whereby he was called upon to pay the lease amount. An appeal was filed before the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Gurgaon vide Annexure P-3, which is stated to have been misplaced and thereafter, on re-filing, the same is pending adjudication since 2015. During the pendency of the appeal, the shop has also been sealed, therefore, the petitioner is being deprived of the right to livelihood, which is violation of Article 21 and 19 (1)(g) of the Constitution of India.
