The petitioner claims that unauthorized constructions are being raised on the green belt area adjoining Dungri Road, Ludhiana.
We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and gone through the record.
We do not deem it necessary to express any views on the merits of the allegations made by the petitioner, as the private-respondents or Municipal Corporation have not been heard at this stage. However, we find that the abovementioned issue has been raised by the petitioner vide a representation dated 12.05.2015 (P-12). CWP No.16826 of 2015 [2] this writ petition with a direction to respondent Nos.1 to 3 to consider the afore-said representation of the petitioner and take appropriate decision in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order. However, no order prejudicial to the interest of private-respondents shall be passed without hearing them.
