Learned counsel for the respondent-State has submitted that in pursuance of the order passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court on 12.01.2026, representation of the petitioner has been decided vide order dated 14.05.2026. A copy of the said speaking order has been annexed as Annexure R-1 along with the reply by way of affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is not satisfied with the said speaking order and thus, the present contempt petition be disposed of but liberty be granted to the petitioner to challenge the said speaking order, in accordance with law. 3.
