***** Rakesh Kumar Jain, J. (Oral) The petitioner has prayed for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents to supply her Detailed Marks Card (DMC) of 12th Class which was deliberately not being given to her by the respondents on one pretext or the other.
Today, learned counsel for the respondents has handed over the original DMC to the counsel for the petitioner in the Court. In view thereof, counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to pursue this petition as his grievance is over. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as infructuous.
