Learned counsel contends that there is delay of 25 days in lodging the FIR. The petitioner has been attributed injury on the index finger of left hand. Further that, the complainant party has trespassed into the house of the petitioner; it is a case of version and cross-version, wherein representation by his wife has been submitted, Annexure P-4, relying on his MLR, Annexure P-3. He is not involved in any other case; ready and willing to join the investigation as and when required by the investigating agency and will cooperate. Notice of motion.

At the asking of the Court, accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State. Meanwhile, the petitioner is directed to join the investigation on or before 20.05.2026. In the event of his arrest, he shall be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer, subject to compliance of conditions as enshrined under Section 482(2) of BNSS, 2023.
