Ms. Vandana Malhotra, Advocate for the Ins. Co. * * * * The paper book of this appeal was partly burnt in a fire. Thereafter, paper book was reconstructed after taking a photocopy from the counsel for the Insurance Company. Mr. Gaurav Sethi, Counsel for the appellants did not put in appearance on a few dates and ultimately, notice was issued to the appellant at the given address. The said notice has been received back 'unserved' with the report that the sole appellant has since expired. LRs of the deceased appellant, who suffered injury in a motor accident, have not been brought on record. In the absence of the LRS, the compensation cannot be assessed.

In the facts of this case, the appeal is ordered to be consigned to record with liberty to the LRs of the deceased appellant to get it revived after moving an appropriate application.
