Petitioner has filed this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India challenging the orders dated 09.08.2007 and 10.12.2010.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the dispute in question is pending before the Labour Court for the last 11 years. Petitioner at this stage would be satisfied if the Labour Court is directed to dispose of the complaint (Annexure P-1) moved by the petitioner, expeditiously.
