SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Section 439(2) Cr.P.C for cancellation of bail granted to respondent No.2 by this Court vide order dated 20.04.2023 passed in CRM-M-37217-2022 on account of addition of offences under Section 467,468,471,120-B,420 IPC in case FIR No.72 dated 11.06.2022 at P.S Dugri, Ludhiana.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since respondent No.2 has been arrested, present petition has been rendered infructuous. Disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
