(Oral) The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that he has been served a show cause notice dated 08.05.2017 under Section 6(2) (b) of the Haryana Evacues Properties (Management and Disposal) Act, 2008 (Annexure P-10) to vacate the premises from the land measuring 540 square yards comprised in khasra no.1109 min 1110 situated in village Patti insar, Tehsil and District Panipat and asked to surrender the possession to the Tehsildar (Sales) thereto within 30 days from issuance of the notice. In response to the show cause notice, reply was submitted on 15.05.2017 (Annexure P-11).

However, apprehension of Mr. R.K.Hooda, learned counsel for the petitioner is that without passing any order and adjudication of the reply, respondents will forcibly evict the petitioner from the premises in dispute. CWP No.12335 of 2017 {2} Keeping in view the aforementioned apprehension of the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to the Tehsildar to pass a detailed order after considering the reply (Annexure P-11) and supply the same to the petitioner in case of any adverse order so that he is able to seek vindication of his grievance in accordance with law.
