(ORAL) Prayer in the first petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of appropriate order or direction to the official respondents No. 2 and 3 for conducting fair investigation by adding relevant sections or to transfer the investigation of present case to other high police officer for conducting fair investigation in FIR No. 32 dated 08.04.2023 under Sections 323, 34, 498-A IPC registered at Police Station Sohna, District Gurugram to deal and prosecute the accused persons/respondents No. 5 to 8 in accordance with law; or for issuance of direction for arresting the accused persons i.e. respondents No. 5 to 8.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Stpal, submits that vide order dated 15.04.2024 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Gurugram, offence under Section 302 IPC has been added to the present FIR.
