RAJIV NARAIN RAINA, J.(Oral) Concededly, this appeal is covered by the ratio of the decision of the Supreme Court in Singh Ram (D) through L.Rs. vs. Sheo Ram and others, 2014(4) RCR (Civil) 179 holding that once a mortgage is always a mortgage and will remain always open to redemption. Resultantly, the decrees of the trial Court and of the appellate Court are rendered executable.
