After hearing learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court has found that present writ petition is premature on the face of it and would not be maintainable as such, in the present form. In view of the above, instant writ petition is dismissed, however, petitioners shall be at liberty to respond to the show cause notice Annexure P-6, by approaching the respondent authorities by way of an appropriate reply or representation, at the first instance.
