*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) The grievance of the petitioners in the present writ petition is that they are entitled for payment of travelling allowance but in spite of serving legal notice, neither any relief has been granted nor any action has been taken.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would be satisfied in case, directions are issued to the respondents to decide legal notice dated 28.04.2016 (Annexure P-1). Keeping in view the limited prayer of the petitioners and without commenting anything on the merits of the case at this stage, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to consider the legal notice (Annexure P-1) and take necessary action in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
