(Oral) Prayer in this writ petition filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari, for quashing/set-aside the impugned transfer order dated 17.06.2024 (Annexure P-3), whereby the petitioner has been ordered to be transferred from the office of DS Sub-Division City-2, Kharar, to the office of DS Sub-Division City-1, Kharar, without any reason. Further prayer has been made to stay the operation of the impugned order dated 17.06.2024 (Annexure P-2), during the pendency of the present petition qua the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition.
