In pursuance to the order dated 23.05.2025 passed by the Coordinate Division Bench of this Court, an affidavit of Sh. Amarjit Singh s/o Sh. Karam Singh, Deputy Chief Engineer, Construction-II, Northern Railway, Chandigarh has been placed on record by the learned counsel for the petitioners in the Court today itself. The same is taken on record. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners very fairly submits that as per the affidavit the last pay drawn by the respondent No. 1 was Rs.49,600/-, which has to be taken into account while calculating the pensionary benefits admissible to respondent No. 1, hence, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further. 3.

Ordered accordingly.
