Present petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of directions to the respondents to count daily wage service of the petitioner rendered by him before regularization as qualifying service for the purpose of pensionary/retiral benefits. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that case of the petitioner is covered by the decision of Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court rendered in case Harbans Lal v. The State of Punjab & Others 2012(3) SCT 362, which has otherwise attained finality. Learned counsel further contended that petitioner would be satisfied if his petition be also decided in the same terms as in Harbans Lal's case (supra) and Constable Rajesh Kumar and Others v. State of Punjab and Another (Civil Writ Petition No. 24472 of 2015), decided on 07.01.2016.
