Learned counsel for both the parties submits that the issue raised in the present petition has already been answered by this Court while passing order in bunch of petitions including CWP-14258-2021 titled as 'Deepak versus Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Panipat and another, alongwith other connected cases, decided on 07.05.2025, hence, the present petition may kindly be disposed of in the same terms and conditions as held in CWP-14258-2021- Deepak's case (supra).
