G.S.SANDHAWALIA, J. (Oral) Admittedly, the petitioner has failed in Physics and his result has been shown as compartment in the +2 examination. The prospectus, on the basis of which, he took admission with respondent no. 3 also contained the condition that the candidate taking admission is to pass his +2 and persons who have got reappear will not be eligible as per Clause 3. In such circumstances, if the petitioner himself being aware of the terms of prospectus has taken a chance and is not being allowed to sit in the second year B.Sc. classes, no relief can be granted against the terms of the prospectus and the eligibility conditions. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.

If the petitioner has any right regarding his claim for compensation for loss of one year on account of wrongful admission, it is always open to the petitioner to seek his remedy in an appropriate Forum where disputed questions can be effectively settled. 14.09.2015 (G.S.
