Rakesh Kumar Jain, J. (oral) The petitioner has prayed for a writ in the nature of mandamus seeking a direction to the respondents to remove illegal construction to the extent of 7' x 3" shown in orange colour in the site plan appended with the report of the Deputy Commissioner, Fazilka.

Gurdas Singh, Executive Officer, Municipal Council, Jalalabad (W), District Fazilka, who is present in the Court and has submitted that the said illegal structure shall be removed within a period of one month from today.

In view of the aforesaid undertaking given by Gurdas Singh, Executive Officer, Municipal Council, Jalalabad (W), District Fazilka, the present petition has become infructuous. Disposed of as such.
