Mr. Rupinder Singh Jhand, Addl. A.G., Haryana. HARPREET SINGH BRAR J. (Oral) Prayer in this criminal writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of direction to the respondents for conducting inquiry to locate the whereabouts of the son of the petitioner, who on 27.11.2020, boarded a flight from Delhi to Dubai and then on 02.12.2020 to Turkey through travel agent and thereafter, he went missing. Learned State counsel, at the very outset, submits that nothing survives in the present petition, as the investigating agency has concluded its investigation and filed the challan against 03 of the accused, who have been arrested and presented before the jurisdictional Court.

The 03 other accused named by the petitioner are not in India, and the jurisdictional police authorities have complied with the lookout circular and other necessary measures and the final report against the aforementioned accused would be filed as and when they are arrested. In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, no further directions are required to be passed in the present petition. Disposed of accordingly.
