Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for quashing the impugned order dated 25.04.2017 (P-4), whereby pay scale of the petitioners, who are working as TGT Drawing Teachers, were revised.

At the outset, learned counsel, on instructions from petitioners, submits that they do not want to pursue the present petition any further; thus he wishes to withdraw the same at this stage. Disposed off accordingly.
