(ORAL) The present petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.383, dated 04.05.2022, registered at Police Station City Yamuna Nagar, District Yamuna Nagar, under Sections 295-A, 509, 504 IPC and Section 67 of the Information and Technology Act, 2000 (Annexure P-1) on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2).

Pursuant to order dated 08.02.2023, report dated 29.03.2023 has been received from Chief Judicial Magistrate, Yamuna Nagar, according to which, the statements of the parties have been recorded and the compromise is genuine and has been arrived at between them without any coercion, undue influence and pressure.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and FIR No.383, dated 04.05.2022, registered at Police Station City Yamuna Nagar, District Yamuna Nagar, under Sections 295-A, 509, 504 IPC and Section 67 of the Information and Technology Act, 2000 (Annexure P-1) along with all consequential proceedings having arisen therefrom, is quashed qua the petitioner.
