(Oral) This petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the final result dated 31.05.2022, Annexure P-6, only to the extent respondents no.4 & 5 have been selected for appointment on the post of Group Instructor (category no.22) under EWS category pursuant to advertisement no.12 of 2019 dated 20.07.2019, Annexure P-1. 2.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that candidature of respondents no.4 & 5 has been cancelled, and the petitioner has been called for document verification.

In view thereof, the petition has been rendered infructuous, and disposed of as such granting liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court in PAYAL 2023.12.11 17:51 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
