**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the amount belonging to the father of the petitioners has been illegal released in favour of some unauthorized person by the respondent-Bank. Petitioners have approached the respondentBank by way of legal notice in order to ascertain the right of the person to whom the amount has been released. The Bank has not acted upon the request of the petitioners till date.
