The petitioner, through the instant writ petition, seeks a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to make the payments of construction work of C.C. Road & interlocking tiles, I/C drain from Rewari Mod to Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Bawal, District Rewari, which was allotted to the petitioner and the work has already been completed. In this context, the petitioner has submitted representation dated 10.5.2017 (Annexure P-3) to Secretary, Municipal Committee, Bawal, District Rewari. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will be satisfied, at this stage, in case a direction is issued to Secretary, Municipal Committee, Bawal- respondent No.4 to consider the claim of the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.
