[2] The petitioners have approached this Court seeking protection of their life and liberty, pleading that petitioner Nos.1 and 2 have performed marriage against the wishes of parents and family members of petitioner No.1 and there is threat to their life and liberty. [3] Notice of motion.

[4] Mr. Pankaj Mulwani, DAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondents No. 1 to 3.

[5] Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted a representation dated 01.10.2020 (Annexure P-6) to the Superintendent of Police at Narnaul, District Mahendergarh seeking necessary protection, but no action has been taken so far in the matter.

CRWP-8027-2020 [6] Without examining the question of validity of marriage of the petitioners, the present petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Superintendent of Police at Narnaul, District Mahendergarh to look into the grievance of the petitioners expressed in the representation and take appropriate action, if so warranted.
