(Oral) The prayer made in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia for quashing of the order vide which amount of `15,000/- was credited back in the account of the petitioner deposited as participation fee with the respondent Department for application regarding online auction of the vehicles belonging to the State of Haryana by respondent No.2 on 30th June, 2016, without assigning any reason.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned respondent by way of detailed a comprehensive representation. However, a prayer was made to issue a time bound direction to decide the said representation expeditiously. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn. However, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, it is observed that in case such a representation is filed by the petitioner before the concerned respondent in the aforesaid manner within a week from today, the same shall be decided Jawala Ram 2016.08.10 11:54 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
