It is, inter alia, contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case simply because he is alleged to have introduced the complainant to Labh Singh and Sunil Kumar for sending his son abroad. He submits that even the payments were made by the complainant in the accounts of said Sunil and Labh Singh. He further submits that the petitioner is not beneficiary thereof and is ready to join the investigation.

Learned State counsel assisted by learned counsel for the complainant, submits that the petitioner had received Rs.4 lakhs in cash for the purpose, however, no writing to this effect was executed.

In the meanwhile, the petitioner is hereby directed to join investigation within seven days from today and in the event of his arrest, he is ordered to be released on interim bail on his furnishing personal/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer. He shall also abide by conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C."
