Through this second petition instituted under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C., the petitioner prays for grant of regular bail, in case FIR No.06 dated 02.02.2023, under Section 302 of the IPC (Section 201 of the IPC added subsequently), registered at P.S. Cheema, District Sangrur. 2.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant the asked for relief, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the instant petition at this stage. 3.

Leave granted.

Consequently, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
