Learned counsel for the petitioner relies upon the judgment passed by a Division Bench of this Court in a batch of writ petitions having lead case bearing No.CWP-2340-2023 titled as "Jora Singh Versus State of Haryana", decided on 06.11.2025, whereby Note 3 appended to the Rule 143 of the Rules of 2016 has been quashed as per which there was a restriction to extend the age of superannuation of differently abled persons suffering disability of 70% or above and as such, he prays his claim to be considered in light thereof within a time bound manner.

Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the same. 3.

In view of the above and without commenting anything on the merits of the case, the present petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the concerned Authority of the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner in accordance with law taking note of the abovementioned judgment within a period of four months.
