(Oral) Petitioners have prayed for a direction to the respondents to provide adequate security for installing an electricity line to tube-well domestic connection of the petitioners. They apprehend that private respondents would interfere as and when staff from the Corporation visit for doing the needful.

Learned State counsel, at the outset, submits that if an application is moved before respondent No.3, adequate security shall be provided in order to ensure that there is no hindrance in the installation work to be carried out by the Corporation.

In view of statement made by learned State counsel, no further direction is necessary. Respondent No.3 would also consider the communications, Annexure P-7 to P-10, if received by him and take appropriate action. Disposed of.
