Present petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of directions to the respondents to count daily wage service of the petitioners rendered by them before regularization as qualifying service for the purpose of pensionary/retiral benefits. Learned counsel for the petitioners contended that case of the petitioners is covered by the decision of Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court rendered in case Harbans Lal v. The State of Punjab & Others 2012(3) SCT 362, which has otherwise attained finality. Learned counsel further contended that petitioners would be satisfied if their petition be also decided in the same terms as in Harbans Lal's case (supra) and Constable Rajesh Kumar and Others v.
