**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Through this petition, the petitioner seeks issuance of directions to respondents No.1 to 3 to consider the complaint dated 12.07.2022 moved by the petitioner to respondent No.3-Station Head Officer, Police Station City-I, Moga, against respondents No.4 and 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondents No.4 and 5 are the son and the daughter-in-law of the petitioner and that the house in question is owned by the petitioner. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer to the issuance directions to respondent No.2 to decide the representation moved by the petitioner afresh. Notice of motion to respondents No. 1 to 3-State only. On the asking of this Court, Mr. Harbir Sandhu, AAG Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and has no objection to the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner. CRM-M-32833-2022 (O&M) -2In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to moved a fresh representation before respondent No.2 within a week from today and thereafter, respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, District Moga, is directed to decide the said representation, within a period of one month thereafter, from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, by passing a speaking order, in accordance with law.
