NIDHI GUPTA J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0035 dated 29.4.2023, under Sections 452, 324, 323, 354-B, 447, 511, 427, 148 and 149 IPC, registered at Police Station Nandgarh, District Bathinda.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Mukhtiyar Singh informs that the petitioner Navjot Singh @ Joti has been arrested on 26.1.2024 and therefore, the present petition seeking anticipatory bail has been rendered infructuous.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the aforesaid position, the present petition may be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.

Ordered accordingly.
