The petitioner's nomination for election to the post of Member, Zila Parishad, Bhiwani is said to have been rejected on 30.12.2015 without assigning any reason.

The petitioner does not want to press this writ petition at this stage as he intends to file a review application before the Deputy Commissioner-cum-Returning Officer, Bhiwani. If any such application is filed today, it is directed that let the same be decided in accordance with law within two days. (4)
