Nain, Advocate for the petitioner submits that identical matter has already been disposed of by this Court, vide order dated 18.05.2017 passed in CWP No.4163 of 2014 titled as M/s Selvel Media Services Pvt. Ltd. vs. The Municipal Corporation, Chandigarh and others and the present writ petition may be disposed of in terms of the aforementioned order as the controversy involved in both the cases is similar.
