**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking grant of regular bail in case FIR No.844 dated 27.12.2023 under Sections 392, 397 of IPC (Sections 120-B, 412 IPC and Section 25 (1-B)(A) of Arms Act, 1959 added later on) registered at Police Station Chandnibagh, District Panipat (Annexure P-1). After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant case with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars.

Allowed as prayed for.
