(ORAL) In the present writ petition, the claim which is being raised by the petitioner is that her late husband was entitled for regularization of his services with effect from the date his juniors were regularized. Counsel for the respondents, on instructions from Sh. Rajesh Vats, Divisional Forest Officer, Sonepat, states that request of the petitioner for regularizing the services of her late husband w.e.f. 01.10.2003 has already been accepted by the competent authority and the Divisional Forest Officer, Sonepat, will pass an appropriate order granting the said relief to the late husband of the petitioner within a period of seven days from today and further all the consequential reliefs arising out of the said order will also be released to the petitioner within a period of two months thereafter.
