This petition is filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 209, dated 23rd November, 2020, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC and Sections 66B and 66D of the Information Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008, registered at Police Station Sahnewal, District Police Commissionerate Ludhiana.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the co-accused has been granted bail under Section 437 (6) Cr.P.C. He seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Sessions Court. 4.
