(ORAL) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the transfer order dated 28.03.2025, Annexure P-6, qua the petitioner whereby he has been transferred from Dronacharya Government College, Gurugram, to Government College for Girls (GCG), Manesar, Gurugram. 2.

Pursuant to the last order dated 03.09.2025, learned State counsel has received instructions from the Department vide memo dated 19.09.2025, which is retained on the case file as Annexure 'C'. It is to the following effect: In this regard, after apprising the competent authority of the facts of the matter, a proposal was submitted to transfer Sh. Ghanshyam Dass, Principal, Government College for Girls, Manesar (Gurugram), to Government College for Women, Faridabad with effect from 01.10.2025, following the retirement of Dr. Sunidhi on 30.09.2025. The said proposal has been duly approved by the competent authority. The transfer order will be issued by the Department after the retirement of Dr. Sunidhi. Since the respondents have undertaken to issue posting order to the petitioner for Government College for Women, Faridabad Urban, with effect from 01.10.2025, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the petition seeking liberty to pursue his remedy with the Department. 4.
