The present application has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for placing on record the statement of the petitioner dated 29.06.2023 and 10.07.2023.

It is submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that the averments made by the State counsel, that the petitioner is not coming forward in the enquiry qua an FIR/complaint against his daughter and sonin-law, are wrong and incorrect. 3.

Accordingly, the present application stands allowed. 4.

Annexure A-1 and Annexure A-2 are taken on record, subject to all just exceptions.

In short, the dispute is that there is a complaint made by respondent No. 7 against the daughter and son-in-law of the petitioner. Admittedly, the petitioner was signatory to the agreement between the parties which was executed on 14.10.2022, in which respondent No. 7 was also a party. However, apparently the said agreement has been violated and therefore, the respondents are investigating into the matter. 3.

Learned State counsel has submitted that, in fact, the petitioner was called for investigation, whereby, the petitioner had submitted that he does not want any action on the above said complaint which was filed by him when some unexpected persons visited his home on 21.06.2023 qua which he had given the complaint.

In light of the above, apparently, there is no threat perception at this stage and the matter stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent authorities, in case, any threat perception arises in future and the same shall be looked into in accordance with law. 5.

However, it is made clear that this order shall not be a ground or any directions to State Authorities to investigate in any complaint, if filed against the petitioner or even otherwise. 6.

With the above said observation, the present petition stands disposed of.
