The petitioners seek for direction to release the payment in lieu of transportation charges for lifting up foodgrains. The writ petition is not an appropriate remedy and the petitioners may engage the respondents with suitable communication and seek for consideration of their request and issue appropriate orders and also make the payment if it admits liability. If there is no payment done, the petitioners will have a normal civil remedy for enforcement of contract and secure the amount which is due to them.
