This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of impugned Complaint No.764 dated 2.12.2015 under Section 3(K)(I), 17, 18, 29 and 33 of Insecticides Act, 1968 titled State v. M/s Agriculture Development Store and others, pending before CJM, Jalandhar; and summoning order dated 22.12.2016 alongwith all consequential proceedings arising therefrom qua the petitioner. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition in hand has been rendered infructuous in view of the judgment dated 19.3.2026 passed by the CJM, Jalandhar.
