Prayer made in the present petition is for setting aside the order dated 14.02.2013, whereby the direction was issued to appoint respondent No.6 as Sweeper, in place of the petitioner.

This Court vide order dated 13.09.2013, had granted status quo as existed on the said date with respect to services of the petitioner to be maintained.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from Mr. Shakti Singh, BDPO, Bapoli, states that respondent No.6 was adjusted on some other post, while the petitioner is still continuing in service as Gramin Safai Karamchari in G.P. Sanoli Kalan, in wake of which the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
