Per contra, it has been argued by learned State counsel that keeping in view the severity of the allegations as levelled against the

 petitioner, he does not deserve to be given concession of pre-arrest bail, however, it is admitted by learned State counsel that the petitioner has joined the investigation.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned State counsel at considerable length and have gone through the record carefully.

Vide order dated 18.07.2024, the petitioner was directed to join the investigation. As submitted, today, he has joined the investigation, custodial interrogation of the petitioner is no more required. T!    $$#  !   1, 353* ..  $  !    $      !  $ #    *+,3  ! -  - $    0
