* * * * RAVI SHANKER JHA, C.J. (ORAL) The petitioner, appearing in person, has filed this writ petition praying for a direction to the respondent-authorities to provide for 10% reservation for EWS category in view of the policy decision of the State Government.

The petitioner submits that he has filed a representation before the respondent-University which is pending consideration and that the admissions are not yet over and, therefore, the authorities concerned may be directed to take a decision on the same and consider his name for admission to LL.M. course.

Mr.

Ashish Gupta, learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 3 - University, on advance copy, submits that the petitioner's representation would be considered and decided by the respondent-authorities expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably, before the final admissions are made.

In view of the aforesaid submission made by the petitioner as well as the statement of learned counsel for respondent No. 3, the writ petition stands disposed of in terms thereof.
