The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail pending trial in a criminal case registered vide Rapat No. 49 dated 13.05.2019, under Section 323, 324 & 34 IPC at Police Station Arniwala recorded in FIR No. 79 dated 29.05.2019, registered under Section 323, 324, 326 & 34 IPC, at Police Station Arniwala, District Fazilka.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner is in custody since 18.08.2020 and as per the allegations, the petitioner is alleged to have pushed the first informant in the DDR. He further contends that there are various versions of the occurrence. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, it is considered appropriate to direct the petitioner to be released on regular bail.
