**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) The grievance of the petitioner is that he has been replaced by another person on contract basis. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ petition one post of Assistant Professor (History) has again become available.

In view of the reply filed by the respondent-University and the stand taken therein that in any future selection process the petitioner can participate again, without commenting anything on merits, the present petition is disposed of, at this stage, with the direction to the respondent to allow the petitioner to participate in the selection process and his case shall be considered in accordance with law.
