CWP-17717-2014 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the private respondent No. 4 makes a statement that respondent No. 4 is in possession of a plot measuring only 150 sq yards which was released by the Haryana Urban Development Authority from the acquisition proceedings.

The Haryana Urban Development Authority is, therefore, directed to measure the area in possession of respondent No. 4 and to demarcate the same in an appropriate manner. Respondent No. 4 has no objection to any area in excess thereof being taken over by the Haryana Urban Development Authority. 3.

Respondent No. 4 has alleged that there are various other violations by the petitioner.

The Haryana Urban Development Authority shall look into the violations as alleged by the petitioner against respondent No. 4 and as alleged by respondent No. 4 against the petitioner and take action according to law, if necessary.
