The present petition has been filed under Section 482 CrPC for granting permission to withdraw the Criminal Appeal No.4476/2019 dated 15.06.019 titled "State of Haryana through Anju vs. Ankit son of Sh. Niwas and Others" pending before the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Rohtak. 2.

As per e-Court website of the District Court Rohtak, Criminal Appeal No.4476/2019 was dismissed as withdrawn on 18.04.2022, rendering the present petition as infructuous.

In view thereof, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
